  • All payments must be paid upfront
  • Appointments will not be secured/booked in until the full payment is made.
  • If needed, you can choose to cancel a booked appointment and receive a full refund.
  • However, if you decide to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment date, you will not receive a full refund and will still be charged 30% of the booking fee.
